Not what you expected? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Exchange Details Request return Label Exchanges ship at no cost to you: simply print and attach the label we provide. After creating your return label for an exchange, please submit a new order for the replacement item. You will be charged for the replacement item, but after we receive your exchanged item, we'll refund your original payment method. If we do not receive your exchanged item, you will not receive a refund. To ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, we'll ship out the replacement before we receive your exchanged item.
